  1. “asking how she knew to help if she couldn’t see the incident.” Is there a difference between “spectating” and merely observing? Perhaps she heard a commotion, or saw something out of the corner of her eye, or glanced momentarily. Does that constitute “spectating”?
    Landfair should be thankful that she came to his rescue, putting her life on the line. She knew horses could be dangerous, but seems to have acted unselfishly. He is morally obligated to restitute (yes, it’s a word) her costs without ado. No good deed goes unpunished.
