  1. I agree with you. As you know, I recently argued a case to the Court and was impressed with Justice McGee Brown. She was well-prepared for the argument and asked insightful questions. Unlike some appointed to the bench, she is completely qualified for the job. I also think it is important to have some balance on the high court. Diversity of thought is an underrated trait when it comes to appellate courts. Tension is good when weighing important legal issues.
